How do I stop getting all the email notifications?

To stop receiving any or all email notices, click on SETTINGS on the right menu. From this page, select the EMAIL link on the left menu. On this page, you can select specific mail you wish to receive or select the check box at the bottom of the page to choose not to receive any email.

How do I create a photo gallery?

From the main menu, select PHOTOS.  

If you do not already have images uploaded, select the MY PHOTOS link above the Featured Photos label.  Select the images from your computer you wish to upload.  Once uploaded, select save at the bottom of the page.

If you already have images uploaded, just above the Featured Photos label, select MY ALBUMS.  Select the ADD button on the top-left.   From this page, you can enter the Album Name.  (For contests like the photo contest you can enter "My Great City Toronto" or "My Great City Calgary"). Then drag your images on the left into the album box on the right.  Once complete, you can add an album description and click on the SAVE button on the bottom.
