Leonida's Chocolates - A Real Treat
Recently I attended Marek Hejduk's Client Appreciation Event. Marek is a Consultant in the Business and Financial Service Industry. The event was held at Manon's in Britannia Plaza. Manon's sells the world famous Belgian Chocolates, Leonidas.
These Chocolates are flown in each week to keep them nice and fresh for the customers. They have a huge selection of delicious bite size (and bigger) chocolates. They also sell them by the box, wrapped in beautiful gift boxes and gold ballotins!
The collection of Chocolates include pralines, truffles, liqueur filled chocolates and my favorite which are the Seashells. They also have a chocolate which believe it or not is without added sugar. That's a pretty exciting thought! Now you don't have to feel so bad about the amount of delectable chocolate treats you eat...or at least that's how I would justify it in my head;)
The Owner Ghislaine Cleiren, is originally from Belgium and has spent her time not only building the Leonida's Chocolate name in Calgary and running the Manon Shop, but she also fills orders and sells the chocolates to other shops throughout Alberta and the Northwest Territory.
And if that wasn't enough, not only do they sell chocolate here but you can participate in various events. In the past they have done Corporate Wine & Port Night Events and a Community Easter "Egg" Hunt among many more...
These beautiful, tasty boxes of chocolates are the perfect gift for your Friends, Family and Clients!
These chocolate treats are definitely something everyone should try.
